Your Feedback is Important to Us

Your feedback on what we do well and how we can improve are essential in our efforts to continuously improve the quality of care we provide.  We are committed to learning from our patients and making changes to enhance services and continuously improve your experience.

If you have any concerns or would like to share an experience you had while accessing our services we welcome your feedback.

Patient Relations

During your stay, we want you to feel comfortable about the care you receive.  We encourage you to ask questions at any time from your health care providers whether a nurse, pharmacist, therapist, dietitian or doctor.  Your health care providers can answer many questions or concerns you have about your care.  If you have further questions, issues or concerns that haven't been answered, please speak to the charge nurse or Nursing Manager.
If after speaking to the health care providers or the charge nurse, your concerns are still not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact the Manager of Quality.  We encourage you to submit your feedback in person, by phone, mail or electronically using the form below.
